As we all know everyone’s body works much different than others at time but there is not bigger difference than that of a man and woman’s body. Women today face quite a few health risks so staying healthy and fit is becoming a bigger priority for people who used to shrug it off. Keeping fit and healthy not only increases our chances for a longer life but also helps our bodies perform better, especially as we get older.

One of the things everyone should know is their family’s health history. For example, if diabetes, cancer or any of other type of disease or condition runs in your family you should always be aware so that you can prevent it. There are health risks everywhere but if you know what you are more susceptible to then it becomes easier to stay as healthy and fit as you can.

What are some tips for Women’s health that work?

Believe it or not, one of the best ways to stay healthy is to eat the right foods! There are even specific foods that are more helpful than others, take tea for example. Black, white and green teas are all great for antioxidants but the green tea has actually been used as anti cancer treatment. There are some foods you should be administering everyday too like low fat milk, nuts, cheese, orange juice, broccoli, fruit, and even hot cocoa.

Just getting out for some exercise, even a brisk walk, will greatly increase your health and your overall stamina. If you are not a fan of working out in a gym there are plenty of work outs you can do right in your own living room.

What are the top Women’s health risks out there?

The number one health risk that women face today is of course, heart disease. Over 500,000 women alone die from this disease so be sure to keep an eye on your cholesterol and high blood pressure! The next top risk women face is unfortunately, cancer. Lung and breast cancer are the most common forms of cancer women have but the type of cancer a woman can get knows no limits.

Talk to your doctor in order to get more information on your family’s health history and tips for you individually to start a healthier life. Being fit doesn’t mean being “skinny”, just keeping yourself healthy should be satisfactory enough.

Parents are facing quite a bit of pressure now days from schools and even their own community to be the absolutely parent they can be. Just a few years ago people were less concerned with how you were raising your children publicly but the times of minding your own business have definitely left. One of the biggest things a parent is expected to do is keep their children healthy and safe. With the abundant supply of fast food and video games out there if you do not teach your children to experience something different then they face obesity and unhealthy habits.

Do you think being a parent is hard? Well so does every other parent in the world, so don’t beat yourself up when you come to a challenging situation. There is no manual on being a parent and every child is different so as long as you are enforcing positive messages and morals on your kids then you can only hope that they absorb it and use it.

What are some ways to cool my temper and frustration?

We ALL get frustrated as parents but the important thing is to never let that frustration overwhelm you. If you need to step away for just a moment then sit the baby in the crib or turn on some cartoons so you can have just a few minutes of sanity to calm yourself down. Dealing with a child or even numerous children a day is very hard work and it can wear on anyone so be sure to make some time for yourself to avoid losing “all of your marbles” as they say.

What are some easy tips to be a good parent?

One tip is to show your love to your child which doesn’t mean you have to be lovely dovey all the time either. Listening to your child talk to you is very important too no matter how your day went in the end; your child needs you to care about them for a brief moment. Being consistent is good to because if your kids know they can make you waiver then they are going to do it no double about it. Keeping them happy and filled with positive support and love will help keep you and your child happy together and is the ultimate parenting tip to put into play.
